Next Biatch night at Bewley's Cafe, Grafton street : Wednesday 29 Oct 08

This month (June) Biatch celebrates our 1st Birthday !! Who'd a thunk it ??!!!
As if our birthday wasn't special enough, it will also be an evening of Nick Drake (and people he influenced and who influenced him).

In order to help us make this a very special birthday we've enlisted the help of some old faces and some new ones. We will feature Rebecca Collins, Carla Gallagher, Miriam Ingram, Noely McGuinness and Ro Byrne.

The whole Biatch crew will also be adding our ten cents of Nick Drake and our usual collaborations of fun, so we'll have Caroline Kiernan, Jenny Sullivan, Brian Roche, Dave McGuinness and Shelley Bukspan.

We'll also have some excellent musicians joining in the fun, Seamus Sullivan, Garvan Gallagher and Aidan. As its our Birthday party there will be some party surprises on the night to look forward to. (Even the boys don't know some of them !!!) We would love to have you all celebrate with us so we hope to see you there! So we'll again be throwing some traditional Gospel songs into a giant bowl, adding a few litres of songs by the likes of Neil Young, Talking heads, the Kinks and Massive Attack for a cocktail explosion of music love !
